My goal is to help clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped with tools that bring more peace and possibility into their lives. I strive to create a warm, affirming space where people can grow and thrive!
Why I Became a Clinician
I became a therapist because I've always been drawn to helping people find hope, strength, and possibility during their toughest moments. I wanted a profession that would allow me to truly make a difference in people's lives. I take pride in helping the families I work with rediscover their sense of hope and self-worth, knowing that we all have strengths and talents. Sometimes we just need a little help shining a light on them!
What I'm Passionate About
I work with adolescents, teens, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, mood disorders, and general challenges that life can throw at us. I tailor evidence-based approaches to fit each client's unique needs to help them continue to build and live their best and self-directed life!
