What Services Do You Offer?
We provide trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy - both in-person and virtual - for youth and young adults ages 10-22 who have experienced sexual abuse.
Our current programs include:

Individual Therapy: Available for ages 10-22, offering personalized support from licensed trauma therapists.

"Healing in the Ring" - Boxing Therapy Group: Launching its second cohort in September 2025, this unique program is designed for youth ages 11-14. It integrates trauma-focused group therapy with the strength-building practice of boxing.

Caregiver Support Program: Introduced in June 2025, this program offers education, practical tools, and a supportive space for caregivers of teens healing from trauma.

How Soon Can I Receive Services?
Space is limited across all programs and we may not be able to offer immediate scheduling. Here's what you can expect:

Individual Therapy: Once we receive your application, we will review it and schedule you as soon as possible if a therapist is available. If we are at capacity, you will be placed on a waitlist and notified when a space opens up.

Group Therapy: Participation is based on availability and fit for the group. If the current round is full, we will let you know about future cohorts.

Caregiver Support Sessions: For caregiver-focused programming, we will confirm your registration or interest and send session details, including upcoming dates, Zoom links, and any associated materials.
