Healing in the Ring
A Therapy and Boxing Group for Teen Survivors.
Healing in the Ring is a 10-week group therapy program that blends trauma-informed talk therapy with the power of movement, mindfulness, and non-contact boxing. Led by licensed therapists trained in both trauma care and somatic approaches, this group creates a space where teens can connect, release, and rebuild - physically and emotionally.
What to Expect
Each week includes:
-
A grounding check-in and psychoeducation led by a trauma therapist
-
Non-contact boxing drills guided by a trauma-informed movement coach
-
Group reflection and processing in a supportive, closed circle
Teens will learn tools for managing anxiety, releasing stress, setting boundaries, and reconnecting with their bodies in a safe and empowering way. No prior boxing experience is needed - just comfortable clothes, curiosity, and a willingness to try.

Why Therapy & Movement?
