My passion for therapy stems from a deep desire to support people from all walks of life and create a space where you feel heard, seen, and valued in your journey. I am deeply committed to inclusivity and equity in mental health. My goal is to expand access to high-quality therapy, ensuring every person can benefit from its healing.
My path into this field was illuminated while serving as an advisor to college students after earning my bachelor's in psychology. I discovered that student success and fulfillment often hinge on their relationships, socio-emotional support systems, and safe spaces beyond the classroom. This realization sparked my passion for serving adolescents and early adults as they navigate life’s transitions and all its complexities.
My clinical focus areas include depression, anxiety, body image, minority stress, individual and generational trauma, and identity development. I lean into somatic approaches that honor the connection between mind and body in the healing process. In therapy, I aim to provide a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, experiences, and aspirations. My goal is to empower clients to shape the lives they envision and thrive in a manner that feels aligned with their true selves.
